Our Kids Fitness & Boxing Classes are designed to help children aged 7–16 build confidence, fitness, discipline, and self-belief in a safe and supportive environment. Led by an elite amateur boxer with extensive experience in the sport, these sessions focus on developing boxing fundamentals, coordination, fitness, and teamwork through fun and structured training. Classes are suitable for all ability levels. The sessions emphasise respect, hard work, and personal development while keeping training enjoyable and engaging for every child.

Inspired by my brother Shay, who was unable to take part in mainstream classes due to his additional needs, these sessions are designed with real understanding of Special Educational Needs. Classes are relaxed and pressure-free, allowing each person to participate at their own pace. Everyone is encouraged and supported, whether they fully join in or take time to feel comfortable. We offer a range of SEN classes for different ages and abilities, tailored to individual needs and focused on confidence, coordination, social interaction, and enjoyment. All sessions are exclusively for individuals with Special Educational Needs, ensuring a calm, understanding, and inclusive environment.

My sessions currently include adult fitness classes and ladies-only fitness and boxing classes, so there really is something for all ages, abilities, and goals. Whether you’re looking to get fit, build confidence, learn boxing skills, or simply have fun in a supportive environment, my classes are welcoming, friendly, and non-judgemental. I make sure every session can be adapted so everyone feels comfortable, included, and challenged at their own level. Come along, give it a go, and find the class that suits you best — there’s something here for everyone.

Inspired by my brother Shay, who has disabilities, I’m passionate about breaking down barriers and showing that fitness can be for everyone. I want to help build a world where people like Shay feel they can do anything—that they have a place where they belong, feel safe, are valued, and can truly thrive.
